1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the k77 platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, and related services available at https://k77.cam (the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and k77 ("we", "us", or "the Operator").

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Policy

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours, subject to KYC verification and internal compliance review.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method you have previously used to deposit on the same account.
• k77 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before approving a withdrawal above ৳50,000.

In the event of a technical error or misdirected transaction, k77 reserves the right to reverse or adjust any erroneous credit or debit to your account. Players are advised to report any discrepancies to our support team at the earliest opportunity.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Conditions

• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of at least 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal is permitted.

• Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per player, per household, and per IP address.

5. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

k77 is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and transparent gaming environment for all users. The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and possible legal action:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts on the same Platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Operator.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of fraud that compromises the integrity of sports markets or casino games.
• Using the Platform for any money-laundering activities or attempting to fund an account with proceeds from illegal activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information at any stage of the account lifecycle.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the k77 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design assets, graphics, logos, text, audio-visual materials, and game mechanics — is the exclusive property of k77 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of k77.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from network outages, third-party payment failures, game or software malfunctions, or delays in transaction processing.

k77's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or related to these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

k77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard SSL encryption and security protocols to protect your personal and financial information. However, no system is completely immune to security threats, and players are encouraged to use strong, unique passwords and enable all available account security features.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

k77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct violations.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe upon request.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money-laundering, or involvement in any criminal enterprise connected to the Platform.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may submit a request to our support team. Any remaining balance of legitimately won funds (after applicable deductions) will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

10. Changes to These Terms

k77 may revise these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on this page. The revised Terms will take effect immediately upon publication unless a specific future effective date is stated. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

Material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations will be communicated via a notice on the Platform or by email to registered account holders. Your continued use of the Platform after any such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which k77 operates. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, both parties agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration before pursuing any court proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits k77's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.
